Product Manager, Digital Assets - Crypto

What you will do

• Own the regulated spot crypto exchange surface, including asset coverage, order types, jurisdictional availability, and partner-facing trading experiences.
• Lead funding and liquidity integrations with liquidity providers and custodians, including USDC and other regulated stablecoin flows.
• Work with fintechs, neobrokers, and institutional platforms to expand supported networks, coins, and custody-ready capabilities.
• Design staking, lending, and earn products within regulatory and operational constraints.
• Shape developer-facing crypto APIs, SDKs, reference integrations, and changelog practices for developers and automated agents.
• Lead the product case and execution for crypto perpetual futures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or startup building, preferably in crypto exchanges, brokerage, market making, custody, or financial infrastructure.
• Production-scale expertise in at least one crypto product area, such as spot trading, custody, fiat or stablecoin funding, staking, earn, derivatives, or perpetuals.
• Strong understanding of crypto market structure, including order books, liquidity providers, spreads, slippage, settlement, and B2B/API-first platforms.
• Experience shipping regulated financial products with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.
• Ability to conduct partner and customer discovery, prioritize roadmaps, and communicate with engineering and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or an equivalent qualification; an AI-native product workflow is required.

Nice to have

• Experience at a crypto exchange, broker-dealer, custodian, market maker, or institutional crypto infrastructure provider.
• Experience building developer-facing crypto APIs for quants, algorithmic traders, or agentic systems.
• Familiarity with staking, lending, earn products, perpetual futures, wallets, L1/L2 networks, and on-chain settlement.
