Product Manager - Payouts (Fintech)

Location: Miami, USA; hybrid attendance in the office 2–3 times per week is expected.

Base salary in Miami: $123,000–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and results for the Payouts Platform.
• Build a shared, self-service payouts capability for Félix product teams.
• Expand payout coverage across Latin American markets and rails, including instant payments, wallets, cash networks, and crypto rails.
• Develop partner and integration strategies with payout providers, aggregators, Business Development, and engineering.
• Improve routing, validation, payout success rates, speed, and cost.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and product teams while defining service commitments and reporting platform performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in payments, payouts, or money movement.
• Experience owning platform products used by internal teams or developers.
• Understanding of payout rails, settlement timing, returns, failure modes, and partner SLAs.
• Experience taking third-party integrations from evaluation through production.
• Fluency with SQL and reliability and cost metrics.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs with engineers, operations teams, and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto or stablecoin rails for payouts or settlement.
• Knowledge of payments compliance, including sanctions screening and transaction monitoring.
• Experience with Latin American rails such as SPEI, PIX, or ACH-style bank transfers.
