Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the European Region; hybrid workplace with optional offices and relocation support.

What you will do

• Own the product backlog and translate priorities into initiatives, requirements, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
• Plan delivery with product and engineering leadership, managing scope, dependencies, priorities, and risks.
• Develop exchange, trading, liquidity, pricing, and revenue functionality, including execution models, routing, provider integrations, markups, commissions, and execution costs.
• Coordinate features from problem definition through production launch and post-launch optimization.
• Support internal trading tools such as inventory management, internal matching, hedging logic, and risk controls.
• Monitor product and trading metrics to improve execution quality, liquidity, profitability, and operational transparency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably with B2B, B2B2C, fintech, or technically complex platform products.
• Experience delivering complex features from problem definition and requirements through production launch and further improvement.
• Ability to translate business problems into business logic, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with engineering teams, APIs, data-driven products, integrations, backlogs, prioritization, and delivery management.
• Understanding of product metrics and financial economics, including revenue, fees, costs, margins, and P/L.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto exchanges, institutional digital-asset trading, FX, OTC trading, liquidity providers, market makers, brokers, trading venues, or crypto payment products.
• Knowledge of order books, RFQ, market and limit orders, slippage, smart order routing, spreads, hedging, inventory management, internal matching, settlement, and reconciliation.
