Product Manager, AI Agent & Harness

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore; remote-first work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the role and team

What you will do

• Own product design for AI agent capabilities, including task flows, interaction patterns, capability boundaries, fallback behavior, and feedback loops.
• Build and maintain the Harness evaluation framework by designing test scenarios, defining criteria, curating task sets, analyzing performance, and recommending iterations.
• Translate business requirements into shippable, testable, production-ready product specifications with technical owners, frontend engineers, and skill design leads.
• Identify high-value AI agent use cases across wallets, accounts, payments, trading, and other Web3 business lines.
• Define and track metrics such as task success rate, user satisfaction, error rate, response quality, and tool-calling accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvements based on real-world agent usage and collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and business teams.

Requirements

• Experience with AI products, agent products, AIGC applications, automation tools, or developer tooling.
• Background in Web3, exchanges, wallets, payments, on-chain transactions, DeFi, or crypto assets.
• Hands-on understanding of tool-calling, task planning, context management, and agent evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to define problems, decompose workstreams, and drive execution in ambiguous environments.
• Strong product fundamentals, including PRDs, flow diagrams, test cases, acceptance criteria, and iteration plans.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders; strong English reading and writing skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with exchanges, Web3 wallets, on-chain trading, payments, or fintech products.
• Experience with AI agent Harness, evaluation, benchmarking, automated testing platforms, or prompt evaluation.
• Familiarity with MCP, function calling, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, or workflow automation.
• Knowledge of the Binance ecosystem or mainstream Web3 user scenarios.
