Member of Product, Tokenization (Web3)

What you will do

• Define product strategy, primitives, and the technical roadmap for an RWA tokenization hub.
• Lead product delivery across issuance, lifecycle management, custody, settlement, reporting, and investor and issuer workflows.
• Build platform capabilities across money market funds, tokenized MMFs, commodities, fixed income, equities, broker-dealer activity, and transfer agency.
• Translate regulatory, capital markets, and blockchain constraints into clear product requirements.
• Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, and client-facing teams to deliver products in a highly regulated environment.
• Meet institutional issuers and investors, demonstrate product direction, discover needs, and convert feedback into roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Track record of owning a technical product roadmap end-to-end in regulated financial services, capital markets, payments, asset management, or banking.
• Deep working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and institutional digital asset products.
• Experience shipping platform products with significant partner, regulatory, and engineering dependencies.
• Ability to translate effectively between technical and business audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
• Client-facing experience with institutional prospects or clients, including needs discovery and product demonstrations.
• At least two of the following: tokenization or securities issuance experience; work at a regulated financial institution, trust company, or capital markets infrastructure firm; or commercial-adjacent product experience such as solutions, pre-sales, or client-facing product management.

Nice to have

• Product design judgment across investor-facing and issuer-facing experiences.
• Experience using Claude or other AI tools as core work tools.
• Experience navigating a regulator directly during a product launch.
• Strong views on how capital markets will move on-chain.
