Experienced Analyst, Corporate Finance and M&A

What you will do

• Build and analyze financial models for project impact assessments and M&A target valuations.
• Analyze commercial and financial factors supporting strategic decision-making.
• Participate in and coordinate due diligence for customer projects and M&A transactions.
• Review projects for local issues, risks, and legal considerations.
• Review commercial and financial contract clauses and recommend risk-mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, Business Development teams, the CFO, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in corporate finance and/or M&A.
• Experience building financial models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• MBA or M.Sc. degree.
• CBV, CPA, or CFA completed or in progress.
• Bilingual French and English proficiency.
• Additional language proficiency.
