Senior Analyst, Finance Reporting

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada; office-based

Salary: 90,000–110,000, plus a short-term cash incentive program

What you will do

• Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, MD&A, and other public reporting materials.
• Prepare financial and management reporting for securitized investment vehicles in coordination with investment accounting, research, and operations teams.
• Partner with operating subsidiaries to ensure timely, complete, and accurate quarterly submissions.
• Analyze corporate and business-platform performance, operating metrics, and financial results.
• Support external audits, quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX compliance activities.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for senior management, the board of directors, and special projects.

Requirements

• Work from the Toronto office at hirify.global Place.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or industry finance.
• Experience preparing or auditing financial statements for a publicly listed entity under IFRS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with OneStream and Workiva is an asset.
• CPA or CA designation preferred; candidates pursuing certification are considered.
• Strong organization, communication, adaptability, and ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Insurance industry experience, including public accounting experience on insurance engagements.
• Working exposure to US GAAP.
