Deployment Strategist (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco office in the Presidio, with regular travel throughout the United States; 50%+ travel and on-site engagements lasting 2–4 weeks

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployments of hirify.global’s technology and operating model, from assessment through rollout and continuous improvement.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design products, tools, and workflows that improve scale and efficiency.
• Drive build-versus-buy decisions for tooling and systems supporting automation.
• Embed with operators on-site to understand workflows and translate findings into product and operational decisions.
• Own timelines, alignment, accountability, and execution across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, business operations, forward-deployed, or solutions roles at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience owning complex, high-stakes deployments or programs end to end.
• Ability to align stakeholders with different priorities around shared goals and demonstrate executive presence.
• Highly organized approach to managing multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Willingness to spend approximately 50% of the time traveling and working on-site with partner teams.
• Strong interest in becoming an expert in banking and fintech; familiarity with the sector is preferred.
