Program Manager Principal (Fintech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; additional locations in Atlanta, Georgia and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise program strategies aligned with business priorities, including governance, objectives, resource plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams delivering complex initiatives within scope, budget, quality, and timeline expectations.
• Build executive stakeholder relationships and provide strategic guidance, transparent communication, and actionable program reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and constraints across multiple workstreams.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in securities, capital markets, investment services, brokerage, clearing, custody, or related financial services industries.
• Proven success leading large-scale enterprise programs and strategic initiatives in complex, highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders, clients, and key stakeholders through effective communication and leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and expertise in program governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience leading transformation, modernization, or strategic change initiatives within capital markets organizations.
• PgMP, PMP, or another relevant program management certification.
