Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; full-time, in-office five days per week

Annual base salary: $163,000–$211,000 USD for Mountain View, CA and New York, NY

What you will do

• Advise senior executives with data-driven insights, organizational diagnostics, and decision support.
• Translate business strategy into talent and organizational action plans.
• Lead enterprise organizational design, restructuring, and governance initiatives.
• Design leadership and manager development programs, including executive coaching and team-effectiveness work.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and People teams to deliver people programs, systems, and processes.
• Own core people-process cycles, including calibrations, compensation and equity planning, talent reviews, engagement-survey actions, investigations, and workplace disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, or HR within complex, global, high-growth organizations.
• Experience with organizational diagnostic tools, talent management, workforce planning, and building HR infrastructure from the ground up.
• Expertise in consultative partnership, executive coaching, leadership development, and connecting HR strategy with business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence executives and navigate sensitive, high-stakes conversations.
• Must work onsite five days per week at an hirify.global office.
