Lead Fullstack Developer (.Net)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack components with .NET Core and React.
• Lead a pod of developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring.
• Act as the subject matter expert for RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• Integrate applications with SQL and NoSQL databases and support scalable system design.
• Drive TDD, unit testing, CI/CD integration, and engineering process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to release features and mitigate technical risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
• 3+ years of experience building single-page applications with React and strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills.
• Experience with Web API, Entity Framework or Dapper, and MSSQL/TSQL.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and microservices.
• Experience with unit testing, Moq, TDD, GitHub or Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices.
• Lead-level experience mentoring engineers and providing technical direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Azure.
