Fullstack (Vue/Nuxt)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States; hybrid with three days per week in the Reston office and on-site work as required

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year, plus bonus plan and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Build and evolve TypeScript applications, APIs, search experiences, and AI-driven features for the intelligence platform.
• Develop large-scale frontend applications with Vue 3 and Nuxt.
• Design and maintain Node.js backends, REST APIs, and OpenAPI contracts.
• Own work end to end, including scoping, implementation, rollout, and production support.
• Build LLM-powered features using tool use, agents, structured outputs, retrieval, and multi-step workflows.
• Evaluate AI models, agent frameworks, and tooling against quality, latency, cost, reliability, and maintainability tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript experience across frontend and backend systems.
• Experience with Vue 3 and Nuxt, ideally in large production applications.
• Node.js backend and API development experience, including REST API and OpenAPI design.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and familiarity with agent orchestration, tool calling, memory and context strategies, evaluations, guardrails, and failure handling.
• Strong testing and code-review discipline, with the ability to work within an established architecture.
• Meaningful examples of shipped production work, such as a portfolio or relevant projects.

Nice to have

• AdonisJS familiarity.
• Experience with search-heavy applications, geospatial data, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.
