What you will do

• Develop and expand the product suite, including hirify.global Studio and the Agentic Workflow Builder.
• Build interfaces utilizing computer-use models to hirify.globale complex enterprise workflows across finance, healthcare, and e-commerce.
• Create robust, enterprise-grade backend infrastructure and services to support high-scale operations.
• Develop intuitive UX interfaces that abstract complex business processes for non-technical users.
• Collaborate with staff engineers to influence product direction and shape engineering practices.
• Iterate on the platform using feedback from the Forward Deployed Team and real-world customer usage.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production features across the full stack, including APIs, databases, and authentication.
• Strong product and engineering judgment with a focus on code quality, testing, and system reliability.
• Hands-on experience with modern web stacks such as Next.js, Supabase, and Vercel.
• Proven ability to leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude) while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Strong UX instincts with a commitment to speed, clarity, and intuitive design.
• High initiative and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience hirify.globaling business processes or workflows.
• Knowledge of AI agents and LLM-based application development.
