Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, on-site

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year plus 0.05%–0.15% equity.

What you will do

• Develop and expand the hirify.global product suite, including hirify.global Studio, the Agentic Workflow Builder, and the Developer Toolkit.
• Build interfaces using computer-use models to hirify.globale enterprise workflows across finance, banking, healthcare, e-commerce, and other industries.
• Design intuitive UX that simplifies complex business hirify.globalion for technical and non-technical users.
• Create robust, scalable backend infrastructure and services for enterprise customer workflows.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers, designers, product managers, and engineering teams to improve the platform.
• Influence engineering practices, product direction, and company culture.

Requirements

• Production experience delivering full-stack features across frontend and backend systems.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, and deployment.
• Experience with modern web development, including Next.js; willingness to work with Supabase and Vercel.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code, with the ability to validate outputs through tests, reviews, logs, and monitoring.
• Strong product judgment, UX instincts, communication skills, initiative, and ownership.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents, workflow hirify.globalion, or enterprise software.
• Startup experience and enthusiasm for fast-paced product development.
