Experienced Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, USA; Wednesdays work from home.

Salary: $220K–$300K plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead engineering projects for intelligent pipeline generation, prospect discovery, and automated customer engagement.
• Build systems that ingest, enrich, and connect company, people, relationship, and behavioral data from diverse sources.
• Develop AI-driven research and agentic workflows for research, list building, personalized outreach, and follow-up.
• Design intuitive customer-facing experiences for complex data and AI capabilities.
• Build reliable, scalable, high-performance systems with strong observability, metrics, and operational practices.
• Lead technical design, mentor engineers, recruit teammates, and establish engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping software products.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills and the ability to ramp quickly on TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong product judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into effective solutions.
• Hands-on technical leadership experience, including independently scoping, planning, and driving substantial projects.
• High standards for reliability, performance, maintainability, and product quality.
• Computer Science education or equivalent industry experience, plus clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience building intelligent systems and product experiences with LLMs.
