Hardware Design Engineer (Temporary position)

Location: On-site in Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will do

• Architect and design electrical hardware solutions for platform, system, board, and component-level requirements.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout for board designs.
• Define circuit placement and routing rules.
• Lead hardware power-on, testing, and debugging activities in the laboratory.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to address technical challenges and improve hardware performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with hardware analysis and design tools, such as the Cadence design suite.
• At least 1 year of experience with technical evaluation processes and testing methodologies.
• Intermediate to advanced English for technical literature and communication.
• Unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico is required.
• Visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
