GTM Recruiter (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year. The range applies to candidates located in the United States; compensation may differ for candidates outside the U.S.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 5–6 GTM roles at a time, from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, communities, events, and AI-assisted tools.
• Use AI tools for talent-market research, tailored outreach, and workflow optimization.
• Run screening calls, assess candidates for role-specific capabilities, and provide clear hiring feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers on profile calibration, interview loops, offers, compensation discussions, and closing.
• Maintain accurate Greenhouse funnel data and deliver a fast, transparent, and human candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant GTM hiring across sales, customer success, or marketing.
• Experience hiring for B2B SaaS, API, or developer-tools companies, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Track record of making 25+ GTM hires per year across levels from SDR to senior AE.
• Strong passive-sourcing skills, including Boolean search, creative sourcing channels, and AI tools.
• Working knowledge of sales roles and compensation, including OTE, quota, and ramp.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a sourcing CRM such as Juicebox.
