GTM Recruiter (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office. Other listed location: San Francisco, California.

Base salary: $117,000–$140,000 annually for candidates in the Greater Chicago Area. Additional eligibility may include a corporate bonus or sales incentive and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A roles.
• Partner with Fin leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Advise stakeholders on recruiting approaches, processes, and solutions.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and attract both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing and company storytelling.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to diagnose search challenges and improve outcomes.
• Provide a strong candidate experience and serve as a trusted talent partner.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM or sales recruiting experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Expertise in talent markets across GTM and G&A functions.
• Proven success partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Experience building and managing diverse talent pipelines.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
