What you will do

• Manage small to medium-sized global network deliveries or multiple simple network deliveries.
• Define delivery scope, plans, dependencies, prerequisites, risks, resources, and financial commitments.
• Coordinate delivery agents, project stakeholders, third-party suppliers, testing, pilots, and launches.
• Review network designs, communicate technical requirements, and manage RAG status, issues, defects, and corrective actions.
• Run project review forums and provide regular progress, risk, finance, and status reporting.
• Identify process improvements that increase quality and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Professional qualification or accreditation.
• Strong project management, delivery management, communication, business acumen, and financial literacy skills.
• Experience creating and delivering network delivery plans while managing risks, issues, dependencies, finances, and resources.
• Experience with project methodologies such as PRINCE2 and with business cases, quotes, cost savings, negotiation, and process improvement.
• Experience coaching and matrix-managing teams, handling pressure and disagreements, and delivering results despite unclear requirements.
• Knowledge of business operations, strategic analysis, hirify.global product portfolios, and Concept to Market processes.
