Operational Excellence Manager (AI/Software)

Location: Berlin, Germany or Poznan, Poland; willingness to travel to hirify.global Business Unit locations as needed

What you will do

• Analyse current-state processes and design standardised target-state processes across Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Deliver to Profit, Hire to Retire, and Record to Report.
• Create and maintain BPMN-based process documentation in the corporate knowledge base and related tools.
• Plan and execute process roll-outs across Business Units, coordinating local adaptations while maintaining group-wide consistency.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and ensure comparable process-performance data across Business Units.
• Facilitate Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma improvement workshops and track measurable results.
• Manage the OPEX programme roadmap and coordinate process owners, Business Unit leadership, and senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in process management, operational excellence, or management consulting, preferably in a multi-BU or group-level function.
• Experience with process standardisation, cross-functional roll-outs, BPMN, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable improvement methodologies.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools and KPI frameworks, plus strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; German and/or Polish is an advantage.
