What you will do

• Own, design, and continuously improve all internal IT processes within the IT Applications domain.
• Introduce and implement Kanban Flightlevel via Atlassian Jira to enhance transparency and steerability.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a multi-location organization of approximately 130 employees.
• Mature agile methods including Scrum, Kanban, and Retrospectives across the organization.
• Manage operational risks, process bottlenecks, and dependencies across different geographic locations.
• Drive change management initiatives to support new ways of working and organizational shifts.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT process management and IT leadership.
• Strong expertise in ITIL, agile methods, and modern IT delivery models.
• Proven experience guiding large teams in international or multi-location environments.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 30%).
