Agile Coach / IT Process Lead (Kanban)

Location: Pécs, Hungary, with teams in Hamburg and Porto; remote work and flexible working hours are offered. Willingness to travel approximately 30% is required.

What you will do

• Own, design, standardize, and continuously improve internal IT processes for the IT Applications domain.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, performance tracking, and compliance with ITIL principles and internal policies.
• Introduce Kanban Flightlevel based on Atlassian Jira to improve transparency and steerability.
• Lead and develop approximately 120–130 employees across multiple teams and locations.
• Drive agile practices, continuous improvement, process harmonization, and organizational transformation.
• Manage escalations, risks, bottlenecks, cross-location dependencies, and a new demand process with Business Areas.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT process management and IT leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, agile methods, and modern IT delivery models.
• Leadership experience in multi-location or international environments and the ability to guide large teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, moderation, mediation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Structured, proactive, resilient, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial working style.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel approximately 30% are required.
