Sales Representative (Medicare)

Location: Remote-FL; candidates must live in Hillsborough County, Florida. Field-based position with up to 75% travel.

Salary: $48,300–$82,400 per year.

What you will do

• Identify prospective Medicare enrollees, assess eligibility, and complete accurate enrollment applications.
• Build a presence in the local community through outreach, telemarketing, and participation in community events.
• Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to support the enrollment process.
• Market Medicare Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, and other designated locations.
• Explain covered and non-covered benefits, assist members with healthcare and transportation needs, and support recertification.
• Follow Medicare marketing policies, regulatory requirements, disclosure procedures, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Must live in Hillsborough County, Florida.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of marketing, sales, or community relations experience, including managed care experience.
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License required upon hire.
• Current state driver's license required upon hire.
• Ability to travel in the field up to 75% of the time and comply with Medicare policies and regulatory guidelines.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish language skills.
• Previous Medicare experience.
