Programme Manager - Migration & Integrations

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technology integration and migration programmes for acquired businesses, from technical due diligence through stabilisation and legacy-platform retirement.
• Own consolidated programme plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, budget forecasts, risks, and expected business benefits.
• Coordinate engineering, product, data, IT, security, finance, commercial, and customer-facing workstreams, escalating unresolved trade-offs to the CTPO.
• Plan and coordinate data migration, platform integration, customer segmentation, migration waves, testing, reconciliation, cutover, rollback, and hypercare.
• Manage operational handover, business acceptance, stabilisation exit criteria, and controlled decommissioning of legacy systems.
• Track migration costs, revenue at risk, savings, realised benefits, customer experience, and delivery progress for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of programme management experience in a technology organisation, including at least 3 years leading platform migrations, customer migrations, or post-acquisition integrations.
• Experience owning complex, customer-facing migrations through readiness assessment, cutover, post-migration stabilisation, and transition into normal operations.
• Strong technical literacy across APIs, data pipelines, CRM migrations, cutover planning, and infrastructure decommissioning.
• Experience creating migration waves, detailed runbooks, rollback plans, hypercare processes, and go/no-go criteria.
• Commercial judgement and the ability to assess feature-gap costs against revenue risk and business value.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, executive reporting, and cross-cultural collaboration skills without relying on direct line-management authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, restaurant technology, food ordering, payments, or marketplaces.
• Experience with data-platform and CRM migrations.
• Direct post-acquisition integration experience and experience building repeatable migration approaches.
• MSP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or another recognised programme-management qualification.
