Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam or Rotterdam, Netherlands; two days per week from the office. Employees may work from abroad for up to 13 weeks per year.

What you will do
- Act as the primary client contact across tactical, operational, and strategic discussions.
- Translate client opportunities and challenges into action plans and successful technical delivery.
- Support cross-functional teams by removing obstacles and ensuring they can meet client targets.
- Evaluate team development and create personal growth plans with team members.
- Manage budgets, coordinate third parties, and maintain the quality of project delivery.
- Identify new opportunities and support pitch teams in winning client projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Programme Manager or in a similar role within a digital agency.
- Leadership experience and willingness to take responsibility for people management.
- Experience delivering complex online platforms integrated into client IT environments and managing third parties.
- Strong understanding of the technical foundations of online solutions and the ability to work with designers and developers.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum, including judgment about when not to use these methods.
- High working proficiency in English and ability to work from the Netherlands office locations.
