Program Manager (Technical)

Location: Hybrid in Hamburg or Berlin, Germany, with 1–2 days in the office depending on location

What you will do

• Own the successful end-to-end delivery of one or more strategic client programmes.
• Act as the primary operational, tactical, and strategic contact for clients, including escalation management.
• Lead project management teams across multiple parallel projects and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and opportunities across the client landscape.
• Build high-performing delivery teams and collaborate with UX, UI, development, QA, and external vendors.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, resource planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvements to delivery methods and tools.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in project or programme management, ideally in a digital agency or e-commerce environment.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital or technical solutions and managing complex, cross-functional client programmes.
• Strong understanding of digital products, platforms, and technical frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with C-level clients.
• Expertise in agile and/or traditional project management methods and tools.
• Working proficiency in English and German is required.

• Experience mentoring or managing project managers.
