Strategy & Operations Manager (SaaS)

hirify.global is a PE-backed SaaS company building a Creative Intelligence Platform that helps enterprise brands predict, create, and optimize advertising across channels.

What you will do

• Own the cadence of Executive Leadership Team meetings, including agendas, decision documentation, action tracking, and follow-up structures.
• Maintain an AI-enabled ELT knowledge base containing decisions, plans, and key documentation.
• Prepare board deck materials and support recurring SaaS KPI and board reporting.
• Partner with Commercial on pricing, packaging, and commercial analysis.
• Build business cases, ROI analyses, and supporting evidence for strategic investments and major company initiatives.
• Support budget planning, the 3-Year Plan model, and cross-functional operational projects while helping the CEO manage priorities and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of postgraduate experience in a high-performance analytical environment such as management consulting, corporate strategy, or VC/PE.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work and the ability to identify AI applications within the area of responsibility.
• Fluent English required; Swedish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently across strategic, tactical, and operational topics and handle confidential ELT and board-level information with discretion.
