Annual base pay: $93,100.00–$232,800.00

What you will do

• Lead clinical delivery for large, multi-regional and global clinical trials in line with protocols, contracts, SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage recruitment targets, recruitment strategies, clinical risks, quality standards, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee clinical project finances, including Estimate at Completion, scope changes, and additional service opportunities.
• Lead clinical teams through resourcing, talent planning, operational guidance, training, team meetings, and milestone delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with Project Leaders, Business Development, and other functional teams.
• Support clinical delivery strategies, bid defenses, site visits, peer mentoring, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or another scientific discipline.
• At least 7 years of clinical research or monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of project management practices, clinical trial conduct, GCP, ICH guidelines, local regulations, protocols, and therapeutic areas.
• Understanding of clinical research industry environments and project finances.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, leadership, negotiation, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
