Director, Financial Systems (Oracle Cloud)

Location: Global Support Center in Atlanta, Georgia; onsite work required 80% of the time

What you will do

• Lead the strategic vision, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Financials, including ERP and EPM platforms.
• Define finance and accounting requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and coordinate delivery across business and IT teams.
• Manage ERP implementations, integrations, acquisition rollouts, user acceptance testing, training, documentation, and go-live execution.
• Maintain data integrity, metadata, Chart of Accounts structures, hierarchies, and financial system data flows.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, reporting continuity, system monitoring, and failure resolution.
• Lead special projects including SOD remediation, re-implementations, acquisition integrations, and new reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in a similar function and high-growth environment.
• 5+ years of successful experience with in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Four-year degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science; a degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Experience with transactional report development in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Splash BI.
• Experience managing diverse teams across different locations and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel in support of assigned projects, particularly integration efforts.
