Head of Finance Transformation and Systems (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; travel is less than 25%.

What you will do

• Set and execute the long-term Finance transformation strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Oversee Finance systems, applications, ERP and EPM platforms, reporting technologies, and system governance.
• Lead the Finance PMO, including portfolio prioritization, delivery monitoring, resource allocation, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Drive process redesign, standardization, automation, controls enhancement, and operational efficiency across Finance.
• Develop the Finance AI and emerging technology adoption roadmap with Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Lead multiple leaders and build organizational capabilities, succession plans, and high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 15 years of progressive experience in finance transformation, financial systems, process improvement, technology, consulting, or related functions.
• At least 8 years of leadership experience managing large teams and senior leaders.
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations, process transformation, organizational change programs, and large project portfolios or PMO functions.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting operating models, data governance, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial services operations.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, executive communication, stakeholder influence, process optimization, portfolio governance, and data-driven decision-making.
