Head of Finance, North America (Experiential Marketing)

What you will do

• Own North America revenue, EBITDA, margin, budgeting, reforecasting, and regular forecasting cadence.
• Partner with the regional President and leadership team on pricing, resource allocation, client profitability, and investment decisions.
• Lead client finance activities covering scoping, estimating, pricing, billing, project profitability, contracts, rate cards, and rebates.
• Manage staffing, utilization, productivity, cash forecasting, working capital, collections, DSO, and vendor terms.
• Build standardized reporting, KPI tracking, end-to-end project finance processes, procurement discipline, and pricing and cost allocation frameworks.
• Lead the North America finance team, deliver integration synergies and cost savings, and apply AI and automation to reduce manual work.

Requirements

• Senior finance leadership experience for a regional or divisional P&L of meaningful scale.
• Background in project-based professional services, agency, or experiential businesses, including pricing, utilization, and project profitability.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, cash management, working capital, and commercial partnering experience.
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment and a track record of leading integration, systems change, or operating model redesign.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong accountability for business outcomes and experience developing finance teams.
• Ability to work from one of the listed United States locations.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or MBA.
• Post-merger integration experience and exposure to the United States and Canada.
• Experience with outsourced accounting providers and D365 F&O, DataRails, or Power BI.
• Practical use of AI and automation in finance.
