What you will do

• Lead oversight of complex bulk mortgage servicing acquisitions and service release transactions.
• Manage assigned servicing transfers from end to end using project plans and tracking tools.
• Provide expert guidance to internal departments and external business partners.
• Review customer communications and coordinate timelines with management.
• Analyze data integrity reports, resolve exceptions, and escalate critical issues.
• Support MSR client relationships by submitting rep and warranty claims accurately and on time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in mortgage servicing software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
