Workday Integration Analyst (Workday)

Location: USA - Remote. This is a fully remote role for candidates who do not now or in the future require employer sponsorship to legally work in the United States.

Salary: $117,400–$161,500 base salary per year, depending on work location, experience, skills, education, and training.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, and Workday APIs.
• Manage inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, benefits, recruiting, identity management, learning, ERP, and other third-party systems.
• Develop advanced, matrix, composite, executive, operational, compliance, and audit reports, dashboards, discovery boards, worksheets, and Prism Analytics solutions.
• Administer domain and business process security policies, security groups, role-based security, and user-based security.
• Conduct access audits, address segregation-of-duties risks, improve data quality, and support compliance and governance initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, Internal Audit, and security teams while documenting solutions, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least four years of Workday configuration and support experience.
• At least four years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Experience administering Workday security and access controls, with strong Workday reporting and analytics expertise.
• Experience supporting Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting modules.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certifications in Integrations, Reporting, Security, or HCM.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, API Management, IAM, ServiceNow, SAP or ERP integrations, SFTP/MFT platforms, payroll, or time tracking.
• Experience leading Workday release testing and production deployments.
