Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Maintain, configure, test, and deploy HR and payroll application solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate business process designs into functional requirements.
• Provide production support and act as an escalation point for process design and system configuration issues.
• Coordinate application upgrades, maintenance activities, change control, and deployment plans.
• Lead project planning, team meetings, risk escalation, and coordination with internal and third-party providers.
• Develop operational metrics, reporting designs, test scripts, and implementation documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and implementing HR business solutions using information technology.
• At least 2 years of experience with Workday, Kronos, Salesforce, or a Learning Management System.
• At least 3 years of functional Human Resources experience and business analysis and requirements definition experience.
• Experience configuring, testing, and deploying HR, payroll, Salesforce, or learning applications.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania, United States, for remote work.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Healthcare or health insurance experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Workday certification.
