HRIS Specialist (Workday)

Location: US GA, Duluth; office environment

What you will do

• Administer and support Workday HCM and functional areas including Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning, and Time Tracking.
• Manage Workday security groups, domain and business process security, role assignments, access controls, authentication policies, and security reviews.
• Develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations using EIBs, Workday Web Services, Workday Studio, and related technologies.
• Develop and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Lead and support Workday enhancements, projects, process improvements, automation, testing, documentation, and stakeholder support.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of HRIS experience with significant Workday experience.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday functional areas and configuring Workday business processes.
• Experience with Workday security administration, audits, access troubleshooting, integrations, releases, and tenant management.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Workday certification in one or more functional areas.
• Experience supporting a Workday implementation or major enhancement.
