Senior People Partner

Location: Remote US; candidates based in San Francisco will work in a hybrid setup.

Salary: $110,000–$200,000 USD annually, depending on geographic tier, skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and executives on people strategies, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and enterprise-wide performance management initiatives.
• Design and improve performance management frameworks, calibration sessions, and performance review cycles.
• Develop leadership development, manager effectiveness, performance coaching, career pathing, and growth programs.
• Own employee relations, investigate complex workplace concerns, and partner with legal counsel on employment matters.
• Lead engagement action planning, DEI initiatives, and efforts to foster an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HRBP or strategic partner role with people management.
• Experience owning employee relations programs and handling complex ER cases.
• Expertise in designing and implementing performance management systems and frameworks.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
• Extensive experience partnering with senior leaders and executives on organizational development initiatives.
• Experience with change management and transformation projects, plus strong judgment and discretion.
