Manager, Software Engineering - Salesforce and Integrations

Salary: $125,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the engineering team responsible for the Salesforce and integrations ecosystem.
• Oversee analysis, architecture, design, implementation, support, and modernization of integrations.
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, mentor, and coach engineers and contractors.
• Assemble application delivery teams and coordinate project and program execution.
• Participate in architecture planning, manage system dependencies, and provide technical feedback.
• Develop CRM engineering strategy and roadmaps with Enterprise Architecture, Product, and other engineering leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business with an Information Technology emphasis, or equivalent experience and education.
• 12+ years of experience in programming, engineering, or another technical role within a software development environment.
• 6+ years of direct people management, including at least 4 years in an Information Technology leadership role.
• 6+ years of Salesforce customization experience and knowledge of multiple Salesforce clouds.
• Experience with Salesforce development and integration patterns, data migration practices, governor limits, and software development lifecycle practices in an agile environment.
• Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with continuous deployment and DevOps tools and processes.
• Willingness to learn and use new technologies.
