Senior Director, CSI Enterprise Systems (Microsoft D365)

Location: Trumbull, Connecticut, United States — on-site. Business travel required as needed, approximately 30–40% based on projects and business requirements.

Salary: $193,000–$298,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year enterprise systems strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead the global ERP and enterprise applications portfolio supporting finance, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, distribution, and related functions.
• Drive Microsoft D365 and Navision modernization, ERP transformation, process harmonization, solution deployment, and post-implementation optimization.
• Establish operational performance metrics, governance, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage operating and capital investments, strategic vendors, managed service providers, software vendors, and system integrators.
• Build and lead a high-performing global organization of application leaders, architects, support teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise applications and business technology organizations, specifically with Microsoft D365 ERP.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing global technology teams, people leaders, and strategic external partners.
• Significant experience leading ERP transformation, implementation, modernization, optimization, and operational support initiatives.
• Strong expertise in enterprise application ecosystems, ERP platforms, enterprise architecture, integration strategies, cloud technologies, and digital platforms.
• Experience with governance, risk management, cybersecurity, audit, regulatory compliance, and highly regulated industries such as life sciences, medical technology, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• PMP, IT service management, or relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Experience in life sciences, medical technology, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environments.
