Vice President, Treasurer

Location: On-site in Great Falls, Montana; Denver, Colorado; Omaha, Nebraska; or Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $142,000–$195,000 base salary per year

hirify.global is a financial services company requiring enterprise treasury leadership across corporate finance, liquidity, capital, investments, and risk.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise strategies and operations for cash, liquidity, capital, funding, investments, collateral, and treasury risk.
• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasts, borrowing requirements, investment capacity, and contingency funding strategies.
• Oversee capital planning, balance-sheet management, broker-dealer net capital requirements, and capital efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor trading activity, collateral needs, liquidity consumption, concentration, counterparty exposure, and market risks through dashboards and stress testing.
• Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, custodians, clearing organizations, rating agencies, insurance brokers, and other counterparties.
• Advise the CFO, senior leadership, governance committees, and the Board while improving treasury controls, reporting, technology, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, management, economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Treasurer or in a relevant senior financial role.
• Experience in broker-dealer, capital-markets, wealth-management, investment-management, trust, or banking environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial legislation, regulation, internal controls, risk management, broker-dealer net capital and reserve requirements, money markets, investments, financing, accounting, and tax.
• Experience with cash and liquidity management, capital planning, funding, investments, collateral, banking relationships, forecasting, and stress testing.
• Ability to satisfy applicable registration requirements, including the SIE, Series 99, and Series 27 examinations if required.

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, and financial-management software.
