Location: Sunnyvale, California, USA. Hybrid working model with in-person collaboration in office spaces and remote work.

hirify.global is building an AI platform for autonomous driving using embodied AI, end-to-end learning, and a mapless, hardware-agnostic approach that supports automation from L2+ through L4.

What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for Level 4 autonomous driving features.
• Lead product initiatives from concept definition through development, implementation, validation, and production deployment.
• Translate embodied AI and end-to-end learning capabilities into scalable, reliable, market-ready features.
• Champion customer needs and keep the user experience central to product definition, prioritization, and delivery.
• Align R&D, design, systems, software, safety, validation, commercial teams, OEMs, and operational partners.
• Monitor autonomous driving trends, regulations, and competitors to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical product management and shipping products in highly technical domains with a consumer mindset.
• Strong technical background in AI/ML, software engineering, robotics, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments and adapt as priorities evolve.
• Experience delivering autonomous driving features and partnering with engineering, systems, safety, and validation teams is valuable.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of human-machine interaction, user experience, or robotaxi products.
• Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, or Software 2.0 methods applied to autonomous driving or large-scale simulation.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to product decisions.

Hiring process
