GenAI Engineer (Senior)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid setup with no mandatory office days

What you will do

• Implement AI integration layers supporting multi-agent approaches and experiment with emerging AI and LLM technologies.
• Launch AI projects from scratch and establish scalable, maintainable engineering practices.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, alerting, and unit tests.
• Optimize backend and website performance through benchmarking and engineering improvements.
• Use infrastructure tools including Terraform, Docker, and Helm.
• Work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather requirements, coordinate Agile work, and deploy solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience developing AI solutions involving LLMs, agentic architectures, NLP, or computer vision.
• Strong Python skills and experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience building AI pipelines, optimizing models, deploying solutions, and applying LLMOps practices.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, testing, and model traceability tools such as LangFuse or LangSmith.
• Strong stakeholder management skills from requirements elicitation through deployment and DevOps.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified Data Analytics certification.
• Snowflake certifications or experience with Streams & Tasks, Snowpipe, data sharing, or governance.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
