Product Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote from anywhere or work from an office in Poland, Georgia, or Malta. Flexible schedule with agreed time-zone coordination and overlapping working hours with the team.

What you will do

• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, user-needs analysis, insight discovery, and trend monitoring.
• Define product and functional requirements, optimize existing features, and prepare requests for new functionality.
• Build release roadmaps, prepare the product for new markets, and supervise development progress and deadlines with the Project Manager.
• Define internal and external product marketing strategies, including target-audience analysis and market expansion.
• Develop customer acquisition channels, calculate acquisition costs, and manage acquisition budgets.
• Segment customers, develop sales funnels, and track CR, RR, LTV, and ARPU dynamics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in iGaming.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Experience with CRM systems and ESP.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS layout.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
