Senior Product Manager (Casino)

What you will do

• Define and execute the casino product strategy, introducing new mechanics, features, and content.
• Lead the casino platform rollout in partnership with GR8 Tech and manage post-launch optimization and scaling.
• Monitor player activity, product KPIs, and margins to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and integrate casino game providers and content.
• Lead Casino Stream teams, track performance, provide feedback, and optimize operational workflows.
• Advise internal brands and partner projects using data-driven product insights.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of iGaming casino operations, player behavior metrics, and product KPIs including GGR, NGR, RTP, conversion, retention, and bets per player.
• Experience analyzing casino product performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with casino margin management and optimization.
• End-to-end product management experience, from feature conception and provider integration through rollout and post-launch analysis.
• Practical experience sourcing, evaluating, and integrating casino game providers.
• Proven ability to direct, mentor, and align teams within a Casino Stream.
