Online Casino Coordinator (iGaming)

Location: Birkirkara, Malta; hybrid working model with remote work possible for up to 50% of working time.

hirify.global operates land-based and online gaming businesses, including casino games, sports betting, poker, B2C brands, joint ventures, and turnkey B2B services across multiple countries.

What you will do

• Maintain casino content and operations across all sites and markets.
• Coordinate game launches, content updates, promotional activities, and follow-up on game performance.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate problem solving with game providers.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, ROC, Customer Service, Fraud, IT, and external providers.
• Monitor competitors and technology trends, review the product, and suggest improvements.
• Support casino strategy and insight activities, including revenue opportunity analysis and automation of back-office configuration tasks.

Requirements

• Experience working with regulated gaming markets such as the Netherlands and Spain.
• At least two years of experience in the gaming industry is considered a strong asset.
• Good knowledge of the gaming industry and casino products, including slots.
• Minimum experience using AI tools and good command of back-office management tools.
• Fluent English, strong analytical and presentation skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and find solutions independently.
