What you will do

• Perform system analysis of cross-platform products including backend, CRM, security, and payment modules.
• Write detailed features, user stories, and product requirements documents (PRDs).
• Define technical specifications and APIs for integration with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Payments, and Compliance.
• Own the full lifecycle of features from initial concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct market research to identify strategic opportunities and optimize product performance.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or System Analyst.
• Proven experience in writing detailed functional requirements and build documents.
• Experience delivering features and client SDKs for iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Strong background in Agile methodology within software or online companies.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
