Location: Hybrid in Gibraltar or Malta

What you will do
- Lead, coach, hire, and develop Product Managers across multiple products and domains.
- Translate company and product strategy into roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable business outcomes.
- Own prioritisation, product health, investment decisions, and trade-offs across the product portfolio.
- Validate operator and player problems through research, customer engagement, market analysis, and data.
- Improve delivery predictability, remove organisational blockers, and champion agile product development.
- Build cross-functional alignment across Product, Solutions Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations, and PMO.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience and 4+ years leading Product Managers or Product teams.
- Experience managing complex digital product portfolios and building high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial judgement, prioritisation, decision-making, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and using data to guide product decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Availability for hybrid work in Gibraltar or Malta.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming, casino, or adjacent digital entertainment industries.
- Background in B2B platforms, SaaS, or technology products.
- Experience working with international or distributed teams.
- MBA, product leadership training, or certification.
- Experience introducing AI-powered workflows, data science, or automation into product teams.
