Director of Product (Online Gaming)

What you will do

• Own product strategy across a growing multi-product portfolio, from vision and company goals through delivery.
• Define Product and Technology OKRs with the executive team, cascade them across the organisation, and report outcomes at C-level.
• Lead and develop senior product representatives and build a scalable product leadership bench.
• Prioritise the portfolio using data, deciding what to build, defer, or stop.
• Act as the senior product interface for commercial leadership and strategic external partners.
• Embed AI-first automation into product organisation workflows and operations.

Requirements

• Proven product leadership at scale, including experience leading product leaders and owning business outcomes across multiple products.
• Track record of turning ambiguous business goals into product strategy and shipped results in fast-moving software companies.
• Executive presence and experience setting OKRs with C-suite stakeholders and reporting at board level.
• Strong commercial understanding and confidence in revenue and business discussions.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven prioritisation.
