Sales Program Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: USA - Waltham, MA; other location: USA - Kennesaw, GA. Hybrid workplace with 8 days per month in the office.

Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex order fulfillment processes and optimize inbound and outbound logistics.
• Manage inventory control, warehouse space utilization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Develop demand planning, production, and release schedules.
• Oversee procurement processes, negotiate with vendors, and support third-party operational integration.
• Implement quality assurance programs and audit operational documentation.
• Advise management, lead cross-functional programs, and drive solutions to complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, Operations, or Program Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and improving operational performance.
• Experience with order fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, procurement, or production planning.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, problem-solving, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems and vendor collaboration.
