Manager, Technology Operations

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, 1601 SE 10th St, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Analyze fulfillment performance, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities and root causes.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve complex Delivery and Pickup customer and operational issues.
• Translate operational insights and business needs into requirements and scalable solutions with Product and Engineering.
• Drive initiatives through discovery, testing, launch, performance validation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish operating mechanisms, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across partner teams.
• Identify recurring issues, surface risks, recommend actions, and influence decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area, or 5 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn data and insights into action.
• Experience in eCommerce, fulfillment, operations, supply chain, product operations, or a related field.
• Technical and business fluency across operations, product, and technology.
• Ability to independently drive complex cross-functional work from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.
• Strong operational judgment, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and intellectual curiosity.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
