Vendor Operations Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: 100% remote within the USA

Base salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Colorado range: $115,000–$140,000.

hirify.global develops veterinary software, procurement marketplace, home-delivery ecommerce, and practice-management platforms used by veterinary hospitals across the United States.

What you will do

• Run weekly performance reviews for fulfillment vendors, manage scorecards, follow-ups, corrective action plans, and SLA accountability.
• Own relationships with an assigned portfolio of fulfillment vendors, including recurring meetings and business reviews.
• Analyze large operational datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify root causes and quantify impact.
• Translate recurring operational issues into integration and fulfillment improvements with product and engineering teams.
• Launch and operationalize new programs by defining SOPs, KPIs, and operating decisions.
• Build scalable SOPs, escalation paths, and process documentation for vendor operations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, program management, marketplace or ecommerce operations, or supply chain.
• Experience managing vendor or partner relationships and holding external partners accountable for performance.
• Strong SQL or equivalent analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Must be located in the USA; work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in ecommerce fulfillment, 3PL, pharmacy, or distribution operations.
• Familiarity with Hex, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI and dashboarding tools.
• Background in animal health, healthcare, or another regulated fulfillment category.
