Associate Program Manager (Logistics)

Location: New York City, New York, United States; onsite

Base salary: $77,000–$96,000 USD per year, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the approximately 18-month AMER Leadership Development Rotational Program across 2–3 departments, including its AI training curriculum.
• Support the six-week Account Executive onboarding curriculum, capstone graduation, and ramp-up tools.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop sales enablement playbooks, training, and an ongoing sales excellence program.
• Manage Confluence and the company-wide documentation ecosystem, including page structure, content standards, and regular audits.
• Launch special projects such as product launches and market events, and serve as a cross-functional resource.
• Measure program impact and use feedback loops to continuously improve programs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in program management, sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global’s products and the logistics industry, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex inputs into clear documentation.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills, with comfort working from loosely scoped briefs.
• Experience presenting to and partnering with senior leadership, including the C-suite.
• Experience creating training content or curricula and driving adoption of new programs.
