Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs across all supply chain domains.
- Define program structures, milestones, deliverables, and execution approaches.
- Drive integration and separation execution, including Day 1 readiness, stabilization, and handover to operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with Finance, IT, Legal, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Lead stakeholders across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer operations.
- Manage governance, executive reporting, decision forums, due diligence, and value realization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or transformation roles.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional global programs.
- Strong understanding of planning, procurement, logistics, and customer operations.
- Ability to communicate with senior executives, simplify complex topics, and drive decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, accountability, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity while balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, integration, or carve-outs.
